Summary: In this role, you will perform client management on behalf of Vizient’s Contract Labor Management (CLM) service.

CLM provides full spectrum Vendor Management Services (VMS) and Managed Services (MSP) for contract labor healthcare staffing (ex., clinical and non-clinical staffing).

Responsibilities: Retain existing hospital/health system client base within assigned territory.Recommend new contract portfolio offerings to existing clients to drive greater value through the CLM offering.Develop high trust relationships and executive sponsorship with key clients, such as C-suite leaders (ex., CNO, COO, CFO) and key decision makers such as VPs and Directors of HR, Supply Chain, Clinical Services, Staffing.Effectively communicate and demonstrate the value of Vizient’s CLM program daily, in one-on-one settings with leadership and through quarterly Business Reviews.Lead problem resolution to ensure that client contract labor staffing expectations are met.Assess unique customer needs and respond with appropriate custom offerings developed through collaboration with the larger CLM team.Facilitate new client onboarding, working closely with CLM’s technology implementation and contract sourcing teams.Ensure client and vendor contract compliance.Monitor effectiveness of current contract pricing, terms, and vendor ability to meet client demands and makes workable recommendations for improvement.Educate clients on contemporary staffing best practices (examples: procurement, time capture, invoicing, orientation, file maintenance, vendor communications).Participate in sales presentations to introduce the CLM program.Liaison between customers and agency partners (examples: process workflow, contract interpretation, issue resolution, resource supply and demand).Monitor and address agency partner performance on a consistent and ongoing basis.

Qualifications: Relevant degree preferred, Master’s degree desired.2 or more years’ experience required.Experience working with contract labor, managing hospital staffing, managing agency staffing, account management or client support required.Experience managing C-suite and key stakeholder relationships.Practical experience with vendor management services (VMS) and/or managed service providers (MSP).Polished presentation skills – high comfort level with public speaking.Sophisticated professional presence with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.Convey ideas in a concise, articulate manner that is persuasive and effective with executive client leaders.Strategic, analytical, solutions-oriented approach to problem solving.Savvy in working in a geographically dispersed, matrix team environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Willingness to travel.Candidates living within assigned geographical regions preferred.
