Topgolf: Sr Sales Manager, Global Partnerships

Overview:The Senior Sales Manager is accountable for exceeding overall revenue, profitability and budgetary goals.

This position is responsible for generating sales leads, developing relationships with prospects, presenting customizedpartnership proposals, and negotating new partnership agreements, while ensuring sustainable year-over-year revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:Achieve annual revenue and profitability goalsSecure multi-year partnership agreements managing all negotiations, asset allocations and deal componentsOwn all aspects of the sales cycle, including prospecting, researching, presenting, negotiating and finalizing the agreementDevelop customized partnership programs using Topgolf commercial assets that align with client objectives, enhance the guest experience and generate revenueInterface and work in collaboration with corporate partners, internal departments, executive management, as well as each Topgolf venue in order to fulfill contractual assetsOther duties and projects as assignedKey Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree strongly preferredMinimum of 7+ years’ experience in advertising, sponsorship and experiential sales on a national level in a sports & entertainment organization Communication: Verbal / Written / PresentingInterpersonal: Rapport / Relationship Building / Relationship ManagementTime Management / Strong Work EthicCross-Department Collaboration (Internal & External)Strategic Prospecting AbilityQualification Questioning / Needs Analysis / Active ListeningStorytelling / Proposal DevelopmentOvercoming Objections / Ability to Maneuver Tough Conversations / FlexibilityNegotiation / Gaining Commitment / Ability to CloseResilient / Maintain PositivityWillingness and ability to travel as the role requires.TravelUp to 40%ADAThe above statements cover what are generally believed to be principal and essential functions of the job.
