As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise.

You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle.

This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders.

You’re equally at home explaining your team’s analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers.We deliver network operations support and services to any enterprise and at industry’s lowest cost to meet their Service Level Objectives through investment in tools, automation and engineering skills development.

Responsibilities Provide active management of vendors through monthly and quarterly business reviewsIdentify and address any hardware and software quality issues/concerns on vendor productsPerform and manage quarterly hardware inventory true-ups.Ensure all aspects of vendor SLOs and Key Performance Indicators are tracked accurately and consistently met Qualifications Minimum qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.6 years of experience in Program Management.Experience managing vendors supporting networking hardware and services.Experience supporting vendor selection, negotiations, contracting and on-boardingPreferred qualifications:Master’s degree in a technical field.Experience in product management, business process re-engineering and/or systems integrations10 years of experience in networking technologies.Ability to take complex issues and distill them down to drive cross team alignment
