JOB SUMMARY The Senior Director Fleet Project Planning & Analysis is responsible for the development of Brinks Total Cost of Ownership fleet initiative as well as researching and identifying efficiencies opportunities mainly derived from the implementation of Brinks Fleet Management Program which encompasses ~4,000 vehicles.

Projects will include but are not limited to: TCO model development, implementation, performance and tracking Mechanic staffing requirements Labor utilization and efficiencies Vehicle right-sizing and proto type design Fleet inventory management design and implementation Fleet maintenance model evaluation and KPI reporting / remediation Reduction of fuel and toll fraud ESG program development including carbon emission reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Establish, in partnership with the Senior Leadership Team, multi-year transportation growth strategies; aligned with company-wide strategic and capital allocation priorities and initiatives.

Guide execution against these plans, adjusting as market conditions change and evolve.

Assist business units in developing and implementing a strategy for achieving division-managed logistics targets.

Clearly communicate transportation strategy, tactical priorities, and performance expectations across the Transportation organization and work collaboratively with leadership to ensure strategies are productively aligned Establish reliable forecasts and aggressive but attainable goals for unit economics ensuring these goals are linked to growth in the overall economic value of the business Develop and maintain TCO model.

Evaluate and develop business cases for executive approval.

Search for existing processes via ARI and document new processes in a standard template.

Research growth opportunities using internal and external reporting, forecasts, and market analysis Lead cost/benefit analysis and risk assessments to evaluate feasibility and profitability of potential external partnerships Identify risk reduction measures through effective risk mitigation programs that focus on appropriate second source strategies, increasing capacities of vendors Reporting status updated on the various projects, track on-going savings from the initiatives and working closely with the Fleet Team and function support members.

Create and implement a business plan for area of responsibility including documenting processes, protocols and procedures to streamline productivity and set benchmarks.

Update as necessary SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Minimum of 10 years of experience in fleet management, operations, general management Experienced executive leadership Advanced strategic sourcing, supply chain, distribution, and logistics competence Advanced project management, negotiation, contractual skills Advanced experience driving KPI performance vs.

targets Experience in business scaling situations focused on a significant growth pace.

Knowledge of DOT and FMCSR regulations Experience in driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Bachelor’s Degree Strong financial acumen Ability to influence across business and departmental lines Ability to negotiate at the executive level Strong consultative, analytical and problem solving skills Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.

Ability to balance multiple tasks and effectively prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment High level of diplomacy and tact, ensuring confidentiality of information when required Self-motivated, determined, and able to work under own initiative Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Can demonstrate collaborative style with excellent interpersonal skills.
