You will play a key role in crafting the buyer experience for online shoppers all the way from discovery and selection of payment methods to completion of their shopping experience using PayPal and our various product offerings.

You’ll be responsible for building these experiences for all of PayPal’s core markets as well as emerging markets.

If you are eager to shape the future of commerce globally, whether it is web or mobile and have a proven track record of launching successful products at scale, we have a role for you to make a differenceJob Description:Responsibilities:Develop a deep understanding of and empathy for our consumers, their shopping behavior, post transaction expectations and define the entire customer lifecycle.Develop product roadmap and collaborate with cross-functional teams (User-experience design, Engineering, Business, Analytics, Product marketing, Program management, Risk and Legal) to execute on the roadmapDefine goals and expected outcomes of roadmap items, aligning with portfolio objectives and key results (OKRs)Work with an agile scrum team to define detailed requirements, write user stories and prioritize the backlogDrive product development with an iterative approach to continually build, release, and improve end to end solutionsWork with analytics partners to evaluate experiment and launch outcomes as well as ongoing product performance to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization Required Skills:5+ years of product management experience with a focus on consumer internet products.

Prior payments and/or eCommerce experience preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or other equivalent degree.

MBA highly preferred.Relevant experience developing high-quality customer facing products, technologies or platforms with proven ability to consistently deliver up to spec productsStrong product thinking, ability to advocate for the best customer experience and continually make prioritization decisions to focus on the best value for end customersAbility to translate product needs into technical requirements, understand technology dependencies, and discuss technical trade-offsStrong collaboration skills, ability to drive and influence complex decision-making with various stakeholder groups and build consensusExcellent communication and ability to simplify and tailor messages to different audiencesRobust problem-solving ability, breaking down complex challenges to find solutionsHighly comfortable with data and making data-backed product decisionsSome travel required.
