The Manager of Revenue Operations oversees the execution of the Revenue teams’ efforts to reach and exceed billings and revenue goals by maintaining the data and systems associated with those efforts. This position oversees prioritization, roadmap management, and activities related to data management, data integrity, and data usability for all Revenue segments globally. The position is a trusted advisor with Sales leadership and other revenue development organization teams to develop and grow enablement tools and efficiencies to support the global revenue organization. This role must also and interface with leadership from Business Operations, Business Intelligence, Customer Programs, and Customer Success teams to ensuring we partner effectively. The role is expected to lead the team to develop new and innovative data manipulations and strategies to support internal teams toward more efficient operations, attaining billings and revenue goals, reducing churn, and increasing customer adoption.Responsibilities* Provide day-to-day direction for the teams responsible for data management and integrity* Lead the team to create innovative data manipulations to increase operational efficiency, billings/revenue attainment, reduce churn, and/or increase customer adoption* Prioritized tasks & projects assigned to the Revenue Operations team in alignment with the global strategic vision from senior leadership* Develop and maintain a roadmap for the data operations within the Revenue Operations org* Lead the team to optimal database maintenance of Gainsight, select SFDC components, & other Customer Operations systems* Facilitate global departmental communication and events* Collaborate with Business Operations regarding Salesforce administration and change management* Ensure the revenue organization is interlocked with other key internal groups, including Sales segments globally, Business Operations, Customer Success, and Customer Programs* Hire, mentor, and lead the Revenue Operations team to effectively meet the needs of the global revenue organization
