About The Role

The Maintenance Manager position will lead a multi-site team of maintenance associates and ensure a safe working environment for all. They will also perform maintenance duties along-side the team. Leading our preventive maintenance program helps our team assure continued success.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

·        Manage the maintenance team

·        Must be highly self-motivated and customer-centric

·        Develop and design innovative solutions to difficult problems, manage outside contractors and be on call for emergencies.

·        Handle multiple internal and externally daily activities, manage to and meet deadlines, and develop & track plans on how to accomplish goals.

·        Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs.

·        Mentor all maintenance associates by motivating and providing direction to help them achieve their goals and make a consistent effort to go above and beyond.

·        Work with site Finance team to develop, set and track budgets.

·        Develop capital spending plans

·        Participate in weekly network Maintenance calls

·        Candidates must have the ability to provide specific feedback to enhance individual team member?s performance and provide associates with written performance appraisals including discipline and up to termination.


Basic Qualifications

·        While primarily a 7-4, M-F job, have ability to work a flexible a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

·        Spanish and English speaking ? oral and written

·        Clean driving record and valid driver?s license

·        Minimum 5 years? experience with maintenance and construction

Physical Demands

·        Repetitive bending, crouching, kneeling, reaching, twisting, sitting, standing, and walking

·        Lifting parts and tools weighing occasionally weighing up to 49 pounds

·        Dexterity in eye/hand coordination, feet (foot pedals) manual (picking, pinching, holding, grasping), and wrist motion (repetitive flexion/rotation)

·        Working conditions may include working at heights up to 25?, working in small spaces, dust, fumes/odors, hot/cold temperatures, inside/outside noise, vibration, standing on concrete for long hours and wet or uneven surfaces
