Inside Sales – Law Firm Consultant

This is a Full-time position in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX posted June 8, 2021.

Restructuring Concepts LLC ( currently seeks one or more dynamic sales professionals to join our Business Development team.

In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential new clients and securing sign-ups for trials of our products, utilizing both cold and warm marketing leads.

In addition, you will assist our team in managing in-bound client calls.

We have a large backlog of marketing leads which will be provided to you.

Individuals with a strong existing network of connections with legal and financial professionals specializing in corporate bankruptcy, corporate restructuring and distressed investments are particularly desired for this position.

Restructuring Concepts LLC builds and operates legal and financial research tools which are relied upon by the country’s largest, most sophisticated law firms, investment banks, and distressed investors.

Leveraging our database of over three million court filings updated in nearly real time and our proprietary algorithms, Restructuring Concepts allows the bankruptcy and restructuring communities to leverage the power of bankruptcy court information in ways never before imaginable.

Job Description:

Prospect and target new clients.

As you develop in the role, it will grow to include cross-selling additional products to existing customers as well.

We are looking for a candidate who enjoys communicating via email and telephone and who demonstrates a professional-level of communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills, self motivation, and a strong client orientation are critical in this position; our clients include corporate bankruptcy/restructuring-focused attorneys at law firms of all sizes nationwide, mid
– and senior-level professionals at financial advisory and investment banking firms, and decision-makers at private equity and hedge funds.

In addition, you will meet activity goals, such as lead generation, scheduling appointments, and outgoing calls, resulting in new customer sign-ups and revenue growth.

Ensure documentation of all activity.

Job Requirements:
Superior communication, organization, and follow-through skills are essential Professional demeanor, including written communications, is also essential Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required Experience in sales to law firms strongly preferred Experience in selling legal research, data, information and/or media products (particularly those related to corporate bankruptcy and distressed finance) strongly preferred Ambitious self-starter with high energy and motivation Strong product demonstration skills Able to work from home office
