Fulfillment Manager

Fenix Parts Inc

This is a Full-time position in Haltom City, TX posted December 20, 2021.

Directs and manages all fulfillment activities with responsibilities for functional areas of transportation and warehousing.

Responsible for all aspects of getting parts from inventory to the dock and from the dock to the customer.

Improves the efficiency of manpower, materials and machines, schedules all activities.

Ensures inventory and shipping/receiving functions at location are operating at levels which meet customers’ needs and established financial benchmarks.

Essential Functions
Ensures the safety of all employees and visitors
Manages the workforce and increases team’s effectiveness by orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; reinforces and communicates values, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; developing a climate for offering information and opinions; providing educational opportunities
Enforces organization standards
Maintains proper manpower levels and schedules the workforce to meet production and customer needs

Assists policy deployment in the areas of safety, quality, cost reduction, complete and on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, employee relations, visual controls and performance measures


Develops, analyzes, monitors, and reports on operating costs.

Communicates issues related to cost and labor variances.

Makes recommendations and implements solutions to problems related to same


Ensures standards for product quality, equipment, and operator performance are maintained and that cost-effective technology is used to maximize production.


Ensures fixed assets are preserved.


Works with facility staff to develop budgets, programs, and long-term plans


Recommends fulfillment headcount needs and ensures compliance with Company policies.

Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
5 – 7 years of management experience
3 – 5 years of industry experience or equivalent
Excellent problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills
A demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.
Works effectively and relates well with others including superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the Company.
Exhibits a professional manner in dealing with others and works to maintain constructive working relationships.
Demonstrated track record in achieving excellent quality and safety results
