Ecommerce Operations Manager

Our Start Today brand is getting ready to launch it’s very own shop and we need a highly coordinated e-commerce operations manager to help us do it.

We hire self-starters, people who are responsible, flexible and eager to “roll up their sleeves”. 

RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee Shopify platforms: The Hollis Company, currently, and the integration of Start Today (domain + shop) Overall management of ecommerce order fulfillment Work directly with our 3PL to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders Manage inventory to ensure accurate order processing Own the relationship with 3PL and act as a liaison between the marketing team and warehouse/logistics partners.

Monitor operations, quickly identify operational issues, and recommend solutions Implement, measure, and track 3PL KPIs Day-to-day management of eCommerce site operations including, but not limited to merchandising, content updates, promotions, and product updates and launches Continually seek to improve the ecommerce operations and recommend new initiatives Analyze and report on customer shopping behaviors Analyze promotional activity and suggest key learnings + takeaways Provide key support into ecommerce optimization Coordinate with customer service and other cross-functional teams to mitigate issues and improve overall customer satisfaction Project manage migration to new fulfillment center Work closely with our Marketing Department to ensure goals and initiatives are being met and are in alignment with the brand Remain knowledgeable about relevant trends and innovations in e-commerce

QUALIFICATIONS
Stellar at working cross functionally + a self starter!

Proficient in a wide variety of digital marketing tools, with competencies including, but not limited to, Google Analytics & Reporting, A/B testing & Optimization, Excel, Email Marketing, SEO, and Content Strategy Experience setting up and managing various sales channels (Facebook, Google, Carro etc.) Strong negotiation skills with vendors Candidates should be proficient in website maintenance and optimization and managing the customer database and reporting.

3+ years of relevant eCommerce-focused platform management and digital marketing experience Hands-on approach to business.

Flexible and willing to “roll up your sleeves” and get involved in all aspects of the business.
