We are seeking an Engineering Sr Manager to lead the Data Privacy Technology Delivery team as part of the Data Solutions & Services Organization.

You will partner with senior product leaders, lead systems architects, and engineering managers to develop product, functional and technical strategies for the Data Privacy portfolio.

Oversees engineering teams to deliver commitments aligned to Data Privacy product strategic priorities.

As a key leader on this team, they will be asked to think broader than their domain to lead implementation of complex projects/initiatives impacting one or more lines of business.

Individual must also possess the necessary communication skills to speak with a large varieties of audiences such as engineers, technical and operational analysts, Project Managers, Technology Managers as well as technology and business leaders across Application Development, Risk, Audit, Operational Governance, etc.

Typically interacts with senior leaders to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business.

Partners with senior product leaders to drive strategic outcomes.

Ensures compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met.

Provides technology risk oversight for product and application portfolio.

May recommend risk management requirements for supported area and partner with stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives.

Primary Interface with third party vendors and technology service providers supporting products within the portfolio.

May interface with external agencies, regulatory bodies and/or industry forums.

Roles and Responsibilities Include:
Leads an agile engineering team supporting technology solutions development for a broad portfolio of products within a Line of Business.

Mentors and guides the development of engineering managers and senior engineering leads.

Partners with senior product leaders to drive strategic outcomes.

Demonstrate business value by collaborating closely with product groups across the enterprise.

Be a leader amongst peers and partners, innovate, and work across organizational lines to drive change.

Serves as a role model demonstrating strong commitment to diversity & inclusion and Wells Fargo’s culture and core values.

Develop and define standards, operational procedures, communication principles, documented processes, alignment of tools.

Executive level engagement and oversight on various tech programs and initiatives related to Data Privacy.

Supports financial forecast and budget development.

Required Qualifications
7+ years of technology engineering experience 6+ years of leadership and people management experience in a technology environment 5+ years of experience with strategic planning in technology 7 + years of experience leading multiple workstreams, applications, or deliverables 6 + years of experience in one or a combination of the following: strategic planning, initiative management or project management

Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships Knowledge and understanding of U.S.

privacy laws and regulations Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders 6+ years of experience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies Financial services industry experience A BS/BA degree or higher
Other Desired Qualifications Experience in one or a combination of the following: strategy, implementation, data privacy, California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), information security or information risk management Job Expectations
