Customer Success Manager – Remote

HumCap’s client in the Dallas metroplex is searching for a Customer Success Manager to join their team.

You will join a team of 9 other Customer Success Managers who oversee all of the company accounts post software deployment and implementation.
The Company & Team:
The company is a Fortune 500 SaaS client with clients in a wide range of size and scope.

The Customer Success Team is broken up in to three tiers
– small, midsized, and enterprise clients.

The team is looking for a Customer Success Manager to help with either their midsized or enterprise customers.

You will either manage 30-40 midsized customers or 10-20 enterprise customers.

Daily Roles: Establish a trusted advisor relationship with clients as you manage client expectations and drive continued value of products and services Own the overall relationship with assigned clients such as increasing product adoption, ensuring retention, and increasing satisfaction Perform Quarterly Business Reviews with assigned accounts Work with cross functional teams (deployment, implementation, integration, technical support, and sales) to ensure customer success Recommended Experience: 5+ years of experience managing B2B customer relationships in a SaaS company Bachelor’s degree preferred
