What you will have an opportunity to do:Essential Functions:Meets accounts receivable financial standards by providing annual accounts receivable budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing correctiveactions.Maintains accounting ledgers by posting monthly account transactions.Communicate and explain work procedures to subordinatesCollects accounts by contacting customers referred by clerks; investigating circumstances of non-payment; negotiating and resolving conflicts; expediting payment.Updates receivables by coordinating and monitoring daily sales order processing and bank remittance transactions.Enthusiastically welcome our guests, anticipate their needs, assist them with check-in and check out, and respond promptly with your personal spirit, however busy and whatever time of dayCreate memorable experiences with a warm, welcoming personality that can relate to guests and associatesUtilize the freedom to go beyond to take initiative to resolve guest complaints and create loyaltyShare your personal passions and knowledge of the services and amenities available to guests to help them feel at homeCollaborate with team members to communicate what you see and hear to staff and management to ensure the guests’ needs are being metEnjoy multi-tasking at a fast pace while having an impeccable eye for detail to ensure accuracy and efficiencyQualifications:Experience.

Previous hotel experience passionately providing service to others and assisting them with cash transactions.

Opera experience is required for this position.Flexibility.
