We help people find the best deals on apartments in Fort Worth! How do we do it? It’s pretty simple! Our Marketing team generates qualified leads, aka our clients. You will manage the client relationship and chat with clients to get to know what they’re looking for. Then you’ll send a personalized list of apartment options, set up tours, and help your clients lease their dream apartment! The client pays their rent, the apartment complex pays Smart City, and Smart City pays you! Win-win-win!What will you do? Manage the client relationship from lead to leaseChat with clients via text, phone, and emailPut together a list of available unitsWork directly with property partners, schedule and attend toursEarn commissions on every apartment you lease! Your schedule is built around your clients and when they need you, not 9-5 P.S. This is not cold calling, we provide all the leads!
