Work Schedule:8am to 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday with every rotating Saturdays 9am to 1 pm. Schedules are subject to change depending on department needs.

What you will be doing:
Courteously and accurately verify callers to provide account information, balances and perform transactions via multiple channels; telephone, chat, email, and fax.
Accurately and efficiently performs account transactions in a call center environment to include, but not limited to transfers, withdrawals, loan and Visa payments, advances, wire transfers, Western Union commercial transfers and prepares and processes account maintenance.
Assist with account maintenance, requests for documentation, fraud documentation, debit and credit card questions, card orders, and other miscellaneous account needs.
Performs research and resolves outstanding member issues.

What you will bring along:
One (1) year previous call center, or member services experience with a financial institution.
Able to process high volume members’ requests within the expected response time period while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and telephone etiquette skills.
Effective people and communication skills.
Good consumer credit report and must be bondable.
