Bergaila is needing Business Development Professionals based in its Midland, TX office. Qualified candidates will possess a demonstrated knowledge of process driven sales, a desire to work with high standard work ethic, and a high sense of customer service. Contract staffing experience is desired for this role.

Responsibilities

The Business Development Professional is tasked with building and growing relationships with prospects and customers in their assigned territory. This position involves business development of new business along with the expansion of business within client companies. Communication and service between internal staff, contractors , and client is a need.  

 

 

Essential Duties:

– New Account Development 

– Expand current relationships 

– Strategic solutions- problem solving 

Qualifications

– Proven Business Development experience 

– Contingent labor experience preferred 

– Excellent communication, oral, and written

– Ability to pass drug and background

– Travel- offsite meetings 

 

 

Compensation:

– Base salary plus commission
