Service Specialist (San Juan,Ponce,Mayaguez,Barceloneta)


This is a Contract position in San Juan, TX posted June 10, 2021.

Modérnica, Plaza las Américas, is seeking people with excellent knowledge in customer service to join our team!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to interacting and supporting customers in the service desk, by providing solutions to their concerns, queries, or requests about Apple products and services.

Tasks can include fault diagnosis (hardware / software), technical troubleshooting, upgrading operating systems, downloading, and/or installing software for specific hardware requirements.


  • Associate Degree or instead of, certification course in computer engineering or related;
  • Experience or knowledge in diagnostics or repairing devices using the proper precautions with data;
  • Knowledge in all hardware and software of Apple operating systems;
  • Knowledge and/or experience in providing recommendations on access to information and technical support;
  • Available to work rotating schedules and weekends.
