We are assembling a team of experienced industry professionals to help build AEG into the best place to work and have an outstanding patient experience.About the JobThe Scheduling Manager is responsible for workforce planning of AEG doctors to include labor scheduling, forecasting, and trend analysis. This role will require the ability to understand business processes at a strategic level while still being able to problem solve & execute in great detail. Duties & ResponsibilitiesContributes to decision making related to employed doctor scheduling, related technology, and doctor onboarding process improvement recommendations & process documentation.Own the accuracy and effectivenes of employed doctor scheduling including hours forecast, and timely resolution of open schedules.Oversees and creates the preparation of OD work schedules & PTO records for assigned markets.Responds quickly to unplanned situations that result in open schedule gaps; being available evenings and weekends if necessaryPartner with OD recruiting team/Field Leaders to secure the right doctor talent.Develop methodology & functionality to automate and streamline e-Scheduling while identifying opportunities for process improvement.Develop methodologies/functionality to automate/streamline reporting.Provides support for special projects as assigned.Performs ad hoc operational analysis.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in business or equivalent work experience3+ years’ experience in workforce planning environmentStrong organizational/time management skillsStrong self-starter able to manage multiple competing prioritiesStrong communication skills and customer-service focusedStrong relationship building skillsComputer and Word Processing Skills (Microsoft Office programs) required, with advanced knowledge & expertise in excelBenefits401(k) with MatchMedical/Dental/Life/STD/LTDVision Service PlanEmployee Vision Discount ProgramHSA/FSAPTOPaid HolidaysFull-Time/Part-TimeFull-timeEducation RequirementsTravel RequirementsNegligiblePractice NameAEG- CorporateWork LocationRemotePDN-98986ef4-272d-44cc-a297-aa2bd3c1a0eb
