We strive to uphold EEA”s Core Values of Flexibility, Integrity, Excellence, Sustainability, Transparency, and Accountability.nn nn nn nn Responsibilities nn nnCore Duties Include:nn Compiling, writing, editing, and formatting content for proposals in accordance with client Requests for Proposals/Qualifications (RFP/Qs) with a high degree of accuracy and quality Digital and print production of proposals Coordinate with partner firms for teaming pursuits which may consist of managing subconsultant material and consistent communication to ensure deadlines are met Continuous input and maintain database of marketing materials and past project information.

Ensure marketing proposals and collateral adhere to company branding Assisting with the production of interview materials including PowerPoint presentations, boards, and other materials, as needed Various other marketing and research duties as per management requirements to support the department nn nn nn Requirements nn nnRequired Qualifications:nn Bachelor”s Degree in applicable field of study, or A minimum of 3 years of experience in the A/E/C industry with Standard Form 330 experience, experience with an engineering firm a plus Experience with CRM/database software Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Acrobat & InDesign nn nn nnDesired Skills:nn Ability to manage the proposal development process from start to finish Ability to tactfully, and effectively, collaborate with various levels of staff (management, technical, marketing, administrative) Excellent persuasive writing, editing, and proofreading skills Extremely detail oriented and highly organized with strong time management skills-able to meet deadlines Strong communication skills and professional demeanor Ability to flexibly adapt to shifts in priorities Self-starter
