You’ll work with a diverse team of innovative marketing experts who focus on the following areas: global brand management and advertising; global events and sponsorships; internal communications; marketing research; media and industry analyst relations; corporate and financial communications; internet marketing; recruitment marketing; client-centric marketing; and industry, service line and geographic marketing campaigns.YOUR ROLE: People Comms Lead, TechnologyResponsibilitiesWith remarkable people in over 200 cities, Accenture’s Technology business combines local insights with deep expertise across 40 industries to tailor the services that solve our clients’ biggest challenges.The global People Communications Lead for Accenture’s Technology business is responsible for developing and delivering timely, compelling internal and executive communications strategies ,designed to educate and energize the company’s Technology workforce of more than 250,000 people on strategic business priorities. As a trusted advisor to the Technology business, the People Communications Lead will collaborate with partners across the company’s business, including other Accenture Services, corporate functions ,markets and market units, as well as Brand, Talent Brand and external communications teams to translate company priorities into clear, actionable communications strategies and messages. A key focus for this position is developing and orchestrating communications strategies that will help drive a common culture for the Technology workforce of diverse people and talent linked by a focus on innovation, collaboration, and achieving their career goals.You will play a key role leading and developing a team of communications professionals, ensuring an environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, creativity and exploration of new platforms and ways to communicate.

 Specific responsibilities include:
•    Produce integrated communications plans that incorporate key strategic leadership moments and which encompass the constituent parts of Accenture Technology.
•    Develop and manage strategic people communication programs that directly impact Technology leaders, help grow the business, shape the culture and inspire employees
•    Management of strategic communication programs and activities spanning communications strategy, development, execution and measurement
•    Management of development of clear, compelling, consistent content that is customized for and can be leveraged across all communications channels
•    Design and produce communications for Accenture’s CTO (who is also the Technology Group Executive).
•    Use available data to understand employee preferences around what types of communications they receive, timings/cadence, engaging formats etc
•    Ensuring all communications are aligned with the Accenture brand, purpose, core values and beliefs.
•    Implementation of an integrated employee communication planning process to improve the employee experience and identify innovations and efficiencies across communications teams
•    Leading communications within Technology for Accenture’s highest priority programs – this is both a highly strategic and hands-on role
•    Act as trusted communications advisor for Technology leaders in all things People Communications, including providing executive communications support—message development, coordinating core messaging across leadership team, etc.Qualifications YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic QualificationsWork Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in integrated communications.

Significant expertise in digital/interactive marketing communications in a large global enterprise strongly preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience leading employee communications strategy and initiatives, including change management / culture transformation communications. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Preferred QualificationsStrong strategic, analytical thinking skills, with demonstrated excellence in creating and articulating client value propositions that can drive shareholder value Deep experience in integrated internal communications strategy development and execution.

Includes in-depth knowledge of global digital platforms (web, mobile, social), face-to-face channels, content strategy, publishing and management Exceptional project management skills, with a proven ability to move forward communications initiatives in a global, matrixed environment. Professional SkillsA creative, state-of-the-art communications professional who understands emerging technologies and media and has a passion for exploring new methods An authentic leader with highly effective team management and coaching skills.
