Mobile Tire Service Specialist

Description

The Mobile Tire Service Specialist will perform tire installation and related services at the customer’s address (home, office, etc.). The mechanical service will include greeting the customer and making a professional impression, confirming the services to be performed, suggesting add-on service(s), and performing the applicable service work. The service work may include tire installation and balancing, TPMS service or repair, tire rotation, and vehicle inspection in compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Arrive to service calls on time
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Review the service process
• Perform general tire service and vehicle inspections .
• Present any additional repair recommendations to customer
• Perform any approved minor maintenance service
• Debrief customers on the service and warranties
• Solicit future business and referrals

Qualifications

• Requires 1 – 3 years of experience in performing automotive tire service
• Tire Mounting and balancing
• Change Cabin/Air Filter
• Battery replacement
• Headlight and bulb replacement
• TMPS sensor replacement
• Wiper blade replacement
• Demonstrated punctuality and level of responsibility to protect and maintain company assets
• Demonstrated customer service and communication skills
• Ability to solve problems in the field
• Ability to work with minimum level of supervision
