Front Desk / Customer service available in Fort Lauderdale , FL Salary: $11/hr Our company is seeking energetic, outgoing, proactive and well qualified candidates to interview for the position of Front Desk Attendant for our luxury condominium.

Front Desk applicants responsibilities include: Greeting residents and their guests Coordinating deliveries of packages, flowers, restaurant food Duties may include controlling and monitoring security cameras Monitoring exterior doors to the building and maintaining a secure environment for our residents Controlling guest/vendor access to residential floors through elevator control system Controlling access to amenity areas such as the spa, pool and beach areas Attain exceptional scores for Owner Service and Satisfaction standards Review daily front office procedures and facilitate communication between owner and maintenance team members Ensure all areas are maintained in a professional and clean manner during shift Follow all safety and security policies, programs and procedures Be able to handle crisis situations in the event of an emergency Be able to answer the telephone and speak clearly and professionally Concierge services Work with all departments to ensure owner needs are met Any other applicable lobby responsibilities Pool Attendants applicants responsibilities include: Making sure everyone complies with the pool rules Complying with all duties assigned by supervisors Helping with the front desk duties if requested Making sure everyone follows the building guidelines Requirements: Previous hospitality experience or similar experience is a must Passion to work with people and willingness to learn Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills.

Strong computer knowledge.

Detail-oriented, team player, professional demeanor.

High degree of self-motivation and ability to work alone if necessary Ability to consistently meet scheduled shifts Desire to meet/exceed exceptionally high standards English, Spanish is a plus APPLY NOW Job Requirements: Solve guest or hotel concerns Checking guests out of the hotel Perform customer service duties for hotel guests Modify and cancel guest reservations Identify and explain hotel guest in-room amenities to guest upon room arrival Informing guests of hotel’s facilities at check-in Keep information at front desk Maintain the front office guest area Spent interacting with guests of the hotel Perform guest check-in / check out duties Using the computer system on a daily basis to make reservations, check-in guests, and check-out guests Using the computer system on a daily basis to make reservations, check-in and check-out hotel guests Take same day reservations and future reservations Check guests in and out of rooms using computer Assist in booking room reservations Attend monthly front desk / guest services staff meetings Check guests in, issue room keys, provide information on hotel services and room location Register and assign rooms to guests of hotel Register, and assign rooms to guests of hotels Summoning guest service personnel for assistance in escorting guests to rooms
