Job Summary and Description
Thisposition will provide vendor management to include intraday workforcemanagement, forecasting, and budget for multiple third-party tier 1 call groups(financial aid, bursar, admissions and records, and continuing education).

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience:
- Two years or more experience directly working with call center intraday and forecast data, budget reports, and other call center duties.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Experience with Banner (ERP) system.
Licenses and Certifications:
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable through the organization’s insurers.
Motor Vehicle Report is required in addition to background check and drug screen
