What’s in it For You:You will join a growing company offering competitive pay and benefitsAccess to best-in-class resources, tools, and technologyOpportunity for a long term, advanced career pathA culture that values safety first, including training and personal protection What You Will Do:Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, including turning, facing, knurling and thread chasing operations; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming controls; sharpening and replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.Uses machines in the production process; assists with the loading and unloading of supplies and manufactured products.Completes paperwork accurately and in a timely manner; assists in weekly inventory counts.Maintains and repairs machines as needed.Maintains a clean and safe work environment every day.Follows safety rules and procedures; notifies supervisor of any issues in the manufacturing process that may impact safety.May make recommendations to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.Knows and complies with all safety policies and procedures.

Pre-Employment Requirements:Drug and alcohol testCriminal background checkEducation and certification checkEmployment verification Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or GED or equivalent education and/or experience.Up to two years of relevant experience.Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.Experience using basic machine and hand tools.Basic tool skills, including the ability to use precision measuring instruments (tape measure, calipers and micrometers, etc.)Good oral and written communication skills Expresses thoughts clearly, both orally and in writing, using good grammar.

Listens to understand input, feedback and concerns.

Provides complete information in an open, honest and straightforward manner.

Responds promptly and positively to questions and requests.Good math skills – Ability to develop and apply mathematical thinking in order to solve a range of problems in everyday situations.

Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the oil and gas industry preferredBasic computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite Picks up on technical things quickly; can learn new skills and knowledge is good at learning new industry, company, product, or technical knowledge; does well in technical courses and seminars.

Physical Demands:Role is deemed safety-sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug testing.The employee is regularly required to stand for the entire work day.The employee regularly lifts and carries 15 lbs.
