Salary Range: $55,779 – $60,000

Summary

A Business Strategy and Development Associate is needed in the Office of the President to assist with implementation of business development plans for the department. The incumbent will be the point of contact for Institution advancement regarding gifts and other strategic business operation. In addition, the incumbent will be responsible to
review metrics to support the business operation strategy goals of the department.

Job Purpose

Contribute to the implementation of business development plans and programs to drive new and grow existing revenue streams.

Job Duties

  • Partnering with the office of strategic and institutional planning implement strategic priorities.
  • Works closely with the office of institutional advancement to support strategic priorities.
  • Reviews metrics that support the strategic priorities.
  • Develops written materials that outline progress towards strategic goals.
  • Supports projects that facilitate the work of the institutional advancement team.
  • Develops agendas and support meetings that support the strategic and annual planning objectives of the college.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Two years of relevant experience.
