Business Process Analyst

Kforce is searching for talented and experienced Business Process Analysts for our dynamic and well-established client in the San Antonio, TX area. Summary: The Business Process Analyst is responsible for effectively and efficiently documenting process routines for development of automation using RPA software. They will also be responsible for the management, research and execution on projects and initiatives, or specific activities related to department processes and systems improvements within budget and at the highest level of quality and customer service. Responsibilities:

  • Business Process Analyst will work with business team to analyze and assess automation feasibility, translating business requirements into RPA technical design document
  • Configure automation processes as prescribed by internal Center of Excellence (COE) standards
  • As a Business Process Analyst, you will identify repetitive process and system issues, collaborating with other teams to implement process and technical changes to close gaps
  • Partner with business to identify opportunities for “reuse” of existing bot components to drive further organizational efficiencies
  • Business Process Analysts keep current on latest in RPA, prioritizing personal development within existing RPA infrastructure while promoting broader awareness to emerging technologies

Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including good client interaction skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience, as well as produce clear and concise written documentation
  • A self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a team
  • Demonstrated capability to lead, manage and complete multiple concurrent projects involving multiple stakeholders
