The Business Analyst will be part of an Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS) team supporting projects in the areas of EBS strategy, software selection and implementation.

This role will support document existing technical specifications and designs for our clients.

This role will also be responsible for requirements gathering, discovery, performing gap and data analysis, inefficiencies, improvements of systems and functioning as a key resource for our clients.

As there are several cities listed within this job description, we would consider candidates nationwide.

The Business Analyst will handle the following job duties:

– Documents existing enterprise business applications, related business processes, and personas impacted

– Identifies existing inefficiencies and potential improvement opportunities

– Identifies clients’ critical differentiating business requirements for evaluation of systems changes

– Develops representations of recommended future state options for evaluation by clients

– Develops scorecards for evaluation of candidate business applications

– Creates dashboard presentation of quantitative and qualitative scoring of candidate options

– Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget

– Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions

– Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users

– Other duties as required

Qualifications

Education:

– Bachelor’s degree, required

Experience:

– Three (3) years of professional experience in technical business analysis or business Systems software selection and implementation, required

– Strong analytical, facilitation, documentation, and communication skills, required

– Some Client facing consulting experience, required

– Strong business process analysis & design and process flow skills, preferred

– Oil and gas industry experience, preferred

License/Certifications:

– Professional certifications such as:

– ERP or CRM functional certifications, preferred

– Microsoft Dynamics D365, Dynamics CRM, Oracle NetSuite, Acumatica, or Salesforce

– Project Management Institute, Project Management Professional, preferred

– Association for Supply Chain Management, CPIM or CSCP, Preferred

Software:

– Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint, required

– Smartsheet, preferred

– ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle NetSuite, Acumatica, SAP, Infor, Sage, Syteline, JDE, IFS, etc.), preferred

– Enterprise Software Strategy and Selection experience, preferred

Language:

– Additional languages, preferred (Spanish, French, Portuguese, Mandarin, etc.)

Other knowledge, skills and ability:

– Strong verbal and written communication skills

– Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills

– Capacity to work in a deadline-driven environment while handling multiple projects/tasks simultaneously with a focus on details

– Capable of successfully multi-tasking while working independently or within a group environment

– Capable of working well under pressure while dealing with unexpected problems in a professional manner

Travel & Office Location

– Approximately 25% out-of-town travel, including occasional international travel
