ABOUT THE ROLE

Aero is looking for a Lead Host to join our Dallas, TX location! In addition to the duties of a Host, as a Lead Host, you will be leading the host team in your location to ensure each host is working in line with the Aero brand values, policies, and procedures. You will be responsible for staying up-to-date with and knowledgeable about all company and FAA policies and procedures and ensuring all activities remain in accordance with the Host Procedures Playbook and TSA security requirements. You will work alongside your Host Team, Flight Crew & Operations team harmoniously to make critical decisions regarding daily operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Coordinate with FBO partner to ensure guest needs and Aero processes are met at all times
    • Coordinate with Aero’s Flight Crew, Cabin Crew, Concierges, and Operations team to respond to guest and operational issues, requests, and changes
    • Be the front line for building a meaningful and personalized guest experience
    • Perform administrative tasks as appropriate. Such as but not limited to: Assisting with printing badges for the Aero team
    • Ordering supplies
    • Assisting with host scheduling
    • Station hosting duties Remain up to date on all host responsibilities, policies, and procedures and ensure you are able to help other hosts should they have any questions or need assistance
    • Responsible for general office administration at your location including badge printing and supply ordering
    • Inventory management (both station and aircraft supplies as needed)
    • Coordinate with Digital Team to manage base technology
    • Coordinate with Procurement to receive deliveries
    • Ensuring the implementation of CX procedures
    • Ensure Hosts in your location are wearing the uniform in line with the Aero Style Guide

REQUIREMENTS

    • Experience working in the aviation industry is preferred (either in the air or on the ground). A luxury hospitality experience is also a plus.
    • Excellent communication skills with customers and internal teams
    • Must have a flexible work schedule and be comfortable with change in these uncertain times.
    • Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours. Fast-paced (but not running) movement may be required when moving from one area of the airport or lounge to another. Must be able to move, pull, carry or lift at least 50lb. (luggage, carts, etc.). Occasionally kneel, bend, carry and assist around the aircraft
    • Shift hours may vary and may start early morning or extend into the evening. Candidates must have the flexibility of schedule and be willing to work outside of 9-5 hours including nights, weekends and holidays
    • Must live within 60 minutes of the airport
    • As this is a (DOT) safety-sensitive position as defined in 14 CFR part 120[1] and 49 CFR part 40: All prospective employees are subject to pre-employment testing for the following drugs and their metabolites: Marijuana, Cocaine, Amphetamines, Opioids, and Phencyclidine (PCP).
