Your Opportunity:

The role with the Filter Group division involves on-site installation of whole home and point of use water filtration products, softeners and descalers (salt pre-conditioner). This can be a full- time or part-time role with flexible work schedule. The expectation is that the employee will be available for full workdays on the weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Attend scheduled appointments to perform on-site services according to Home Water protocols.

• Install Home Water products including, but not limited to, under counter filters, whole home filters, softeners, and descalers.

• Attentive documentation and reporting using Home Water provided systems and services.

• Servicing and repair of installed assets.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Sales experience preferred (but not required)

• Experience with plumbing, HVAC, or water filter installations (2-3 years’ experience strongly desired).

• Must have valid driver’s license

• Available to work a flexible schedule (Monday-Saturday)

• High school diploma/GED required

• Water Treatment Specialist Certification (Level 2 or 3 required) or a Plumber Journeyman’s License (with ability to obtain WTS Level 3 license/certification)

Technology Requirements:

• Adaptability to work within various mobile applications and systems

• Ability to proficiently operate tablet or iPad
