ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSQuickly, accurately and efficiently build and pull customer shipment orders.

Neatly palletize product and ready for shipment.Efficiently and safely operate machinery, such as fork lift and/or pallet jack, electric and manual.Follow all safety policies and procedures and encourage fellow team members to do the same.Maintain a clean work area during shift and heavily clean at end of shift, prior to overlap with oncoming shift.Role includes some Inventory Control, Letdown / Bin Maintenance, Shipping, Warehouse Maintenance, Receiving, Seed Coordination, Stocking, Trip Returns and Will Call.Any other duties to support the overall success of the business and the needs of our customers, as deemed necessary by management.

SKILLS & ABILITIESEducation: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)Experience: Entry levelCertificates & Licenses: Forklift certification (in house) and Haz-Mat certification (HM 126-F)
