RESPONSIBILITIES Kforce has a client that is in search of a Project Manager II in Lewisville, TX.

Responsibilities Create, maintain and update detailed charters, project plans, and stakeholder rosters that will drive expert schedule, resource and stakeholder management Enhance and deliver process and procedure documentation, including training materials, for the project management team that drives noticeable improvement to project quality Collaborate with several matrix partners, including IT and enterprise teams, to prioritize and execute on key strategic programs and projects Understand company’s digital architecture and use influencing skills to ensure right digital solutions are being deployed in right order Facilitate requirements gathering to ensure solutions will achieve desired business results Anticipate potential scope issues and proactively address internally and with stakeholders Aggressively pursue project excellence to deliver commitments on time and with high level of attention to detail and bottom-line focus Proactively identify and mitigate project risk, and expeditiously resolve project issues Lead, motivate, and develop project analysts, including succession planning Encourage and facilitate strong project communication with your team using collaboration tools, in person meetings, and “management by walking around” Develop and maintain updatesreporting to senior leaders to create consistent transparency to digital roadmap and impacts Support regular project update deliverables for executive presentations Develop trusted relationships with your stakeholders Listen actively to their concernsquestions to understand their requestsperspectives Engage in and fully support a culture of Diversity and Inclusion REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, IT, Project Management or related discipline Master’s degree in Business, Operations, IT, Project Management or related discipline (preferred) Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or Certified Scrum Master (Agile) or equivalent 8 years of managing simple to complex projects 8 years of working with stakeholders on gathering requirements prioritizing requests 8 years of collaborating with partners to achieve goals and deliver results 3-5 years of managing a team of direct reports (preferred) Advanced knowledge of Outlook Experience leading project management processes using waterfall methodology Experience communicating and presenting information Experience collaborating with IT partners in Agile environment Experience in consumer financing industry (auto, mortgage, etc.) preferred Experience working in an operational role or environment preferred Experience identifying, assessing, and managing risk preferred Experience with the supply chain process preferred Intermediate knowledge of Excel Intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint Intermediate knowledge of project management software (JIRA) Preferred Kforce is an Equal OpportunityAffirmative Action Employer.
