– Systems Tech Location Fort Worth TX 5300 Duration 9 Months Description ?

At least 3 years of enterprise IT support experience ?

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


Excellent customer service and communication skills ?

Ability to multi-task and handle pressures well ?

Proficient with supporting software and hardware applications on Apple and Windows platforms such as Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client, Microsoft Outlook, O365 Microsoft Suites, Zoom, Workplace (Facebook), Slack, VMware virtual desktop, Bomgar and OneDrive, etchellip ?

Jamf JSSCasper knowledge is a plus ?

Proficient with diagnosing and solving hardware and software faults ?

Proficient with supporting VPN or remote access (ex.

Yubico, Google Authenticator and Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client) ?

Ability to support users via remote assistance tool, phone, walkups and chat effectively ?

Team player ?

Additional job responsibilities assigned by manager Responsibilities to include but not limited to Respond to incidents and technical service requests as they arise Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, printers and productivity software Diagnose hardware issues, order parts and replace faulty components Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software and hardware compatibility Track issues and solutions using ServiceNow ticketing system Take ownership of tickets and communicate progress with customers in a timely manner Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support requests Create and manage user and computer accounts using Microsoft Active Directory Required Qualifications Bachelorrsquos degree or equivalent experience 3 years in a technical support role 3 years supporting macOS HW and SW Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills Familiarity with Networking HW, LAN and Wi-Fi, DNS, Proxy and Firewall configurations Knowledge of Active DirectoryLDAP users and groups Preferred Qualifications Jamf knowledge or Jamf 200 and 300 (CCT and CCA) certifications Previous AV equipment support experience Thanks Regards, Sandeep Sunku Technical Recruiter Tranzeal Inc.
