Job Duties:

The primary function of this role is to recruit quality agent and agency partners in strategic markets.

Primary duties include: training, marketing and managing downline, collaborating with senior team to set goals and company strategy, and implementing a sales plan to drive revenue and market growth.

The successful candidate will be driven, energetic, persuasive, well organized and demonstrate the ability to recruit.

Define and execute appropriate sales strategies; business development, marketing, technical, operations and sales support programs to maximize sales and profitability.

Qualifications/Responsibilities:
Accomplishes national sales objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training agent/agency partners nationally; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions.

Achieves national recruiting operational objectives by contributing national sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends.

Self-motivated, organized, and have a strong entrepreneurial spirit.

Medicare insurance experience is required.

Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.

Maintains and expands customer base by recruiting; building and maintaining rapport with key agent/agency partners; identifying new agent/agency opportunities.

Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product and service changes; surveying agent/agency/consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.

Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
