Infosys is seeking a Senior SAP HCM Architect:As a Senior SAP HCM Architect, you will be a key player in the project that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluate the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.The position is based in Fort Worth, TX. We are unable to sponsor at this time.Preferred Qualifications:At least 11 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes in SAP HCM with at least 1 end to end implementation in a Solution Architect roleAt least 3 years of experience in SuccessFactorsShould have deep expertise in Time Evaluation, Time Schema, Payroll Schema, CATSDB, BADI and UI Feeder classes, Data Replication FrameworkShould have experience in MDG Master Data GovernanceShould have knowledge of ABAP, Rules Engine knowledge, SAP UI5/FIORIExperience in leading business design sessions with multiple teamsExperience in building SAP high level application roadmaps (SAP, non-SAP).Experience of authoring and delivering System Landscape Diagrams; System Context Diagrams; and Dataflow Diagrams, including SAP and non-SAP applications, for interim and end states.Expertise in handling interfaces with various systems (both internal and external to the organization)Hands-on experience in planning and facilitating blueprint workshops.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and work on multiple projects simultaneouslyGood Planning and Co-ordination skillsTransportation/Railroad Industry experience a plusExcellent written and oral communication skillsExperience in leading global teamsThe job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
