Marketing Manager
– Fabrics and Furnishings We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, execution-oriented individual to join the team full time as Associate Marketing Manager of Fabric and Furnishings.

As Marketing Manager, you will report directly to EVP of Marketing but will have some independence to work with the Category Product Development Teams.

We are looking for a passionate, motivated and highly organized individual to fill this role & add value to the team.

This individual will be responsible for directing, promoting and implementing marketing and branding initiatives.

The primary responsibilities of this position are as follows:
•Manage all marketing activities for a variety of fabrics and furnishings categories
•Develop marketing strategies that align with each of the Brands’ objectives and goals.

•Coordinate marketing campaigns in conjunction with the sales teams including digital communications and initiatives.

•Work directly with the graphics department to create and publish marketing materials such as catalogs, brochures, and point of sale materials
•Responsible for communication and project planning with the showroom merchandising team and coordinate lifestyle photography and budgets for new introductions
•Prepare online and print marketing campaigns working with Digital Team
•Bring experience and leadership to the brand planning process and collaborate with PR team to enhance brand awareness
•Manage communication and give direction on company websites Requirements:
•5-7 years of related marketing and communications experience; home furnishings and knowledge of design industry is a plus
•Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
•Excellent project management skills with attention to detail
•Full of fresh ideas; skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing and working on simultaneous projects
•Entrepreneurially driven; excited to work in a fast-paced and energetic environment
•Ability to multi-task projects with equal priority, anticipate issues and provide creative solutions vis a vis larger marketing strategies and brand goals
•Ability to make prudent decisions under pressure and work against tight deadlines This position is full time hybrid/remote working out of our corporate headquarters in Long Island.
