Operation Support Center Specialist


This is a Contract position in Caddo Mills, TX posted September 3, 2021.

The Operation Support Center Specialist is responsible for taking all collision, incident, and thermal reports for the company.  This role provides support to Drivers for cell phone and apps issues, and tracks all support calls through ServiceNow system.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Taking collision/incident reports as they are called in, escalating and notifying proper company personnel
  • Support Drivers with cell phone and cell phone app issues. Make sure all issues are logged in the ServiceNow system properly and escalated as needed
  • Make flight and lodging arrangements for Drivers at the most economical rate


  • 1-3 years of experience working in an operations center or in a customer service environment required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to exercise active listening
  • Ability to practice considerable diplomacy, judgment and discretion in establishing and maintaining good working relationships with internal and external customers
  • Thorough knowledge of United States geography
  • Knowledge of GLI Operations and DOT regulations preferred
