Job Description BEAUTY BY EARTH?Beauty by Earth is a rapidly growing startup that focuses on Natural and Organic Skin Care. We are proud of having created a diverse range of products that are of the highest quality on the market today.We are looking to invest in a Customer Service Specialist to join our incredibly entrepreneurial team.At this stage in our growth, this position is very important. Your area of DOMINATION includes but is absolutely not limited to the following (emphasis on NOT LIMITED TO):Engage in nurturing conversations with our Customers, Prospective Customers and Followers to ensure their questions are answered and that they have been helped.Become a Pro in all systems and platforms in our Ecommerce Tech stack.Answer Phone, respond to Chats, Emails, Pings, Reviews, Comments on all digital mediums.Respond promptly and politely to problems posed by customers on social media.Reply to all ad comments, post comments, DMs, and mentions on all social platforms and tools.Diffuse negative comments with positivity and good humor.Solve simple customer service issues and alert the right team member when something isnt working properly.Maintain a positive brand reputation renowned for being extraordinarily responsive, upbeat and helpful.Provide product details, promo info, and answer questions posed by customers and prospective customers.Daily enter reporting on types of issues, number of returns initiated, and customer service orders manually enteredHelp the Senior Customer Service Specialist manage workloadParticipate in Marketing Dept activities such Content Creation, photo/video shoots, FB/IG/YT/Amazon Lives, TikToks, etc.WHAT YOULL NEEDA burning desire to make a huge impact in a growing startup with an amazing team.Passion for and deep knowledge in organic & natural skincare.Positive Attitude.Excellent grammar, typing, and communication skills.Proficiency for communication on all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest).Capacity to empathize with customers and solve their problems.Knowledge or background in customer service is a big bonus!Fast-learner who consumes and retains knowledge about ingredients, beauty regimes, and skincare.PLEASE NOTE: This job does REQUIRE weekend availability. If you are unable to work every weekend, this position isn’t a good fit.
