Alvies is looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist with a number of customer service initiatives.This role will report to our VP of Operations, assisting him with customer questions, complaints, concerns, and more often than not, compliments. This is a great opportunity to gain customer service experience while getting a peek behind the scenes of life at a fast-growing ecommerce brand.This position is part-time and can accommodate flexible hours during the week and set hours on the weekend. You will be working with a small team to provide the highest level of customer service, which we at Alvies hold as a pillar of our business.WHO YOU ARE:Our ideal candidate will have:A friendly demeanor and positive attitude bordering on the annoyingAn outgoing personality and comfortable speaking with people from around the country. Previous experience in the footwear industryA determination to WOW customers with every interaction is a must.Basic computer skillsStrong work ethicA heart for leather boots and flip-flops!WHAT YOU’LL DO:Answer phone calls and respond to emails from customers during scheduled business hours (M-F Flexible, Sat & Sunday set hours)Problem-solve a variety of concerns that a customer may have, including but not limited to: fit, returns, order status, shipping, etc.Work with our team to quickly resolve customer issues.
