Customer Service Representative

We are looking for someone for servicing, retention, and rounding of personal insurance accounts. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, self-starter, who works well with other employees and always has a positive as well as being very motivated. Experience is not required but beneficial, you will be trained for the job.Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:* Greet customers as they come to our office in a professional and friendly manner.* Take down quoting information as the prospects come in.* Process customer change request in a helpful and timely manner.* Answer questions our policy holders have regarding their policies in a friendly and timely manner.* Assist clients with reporting claims and helping them understand the process.* Follow up with customers that have reported a claim to make sure the claim process is going smoothly and they are happy.* Calling customers on their birthday to wish them a happy birthday.* Cross selling customers.* Processing payments.* Proactively review customers policies, and follow through on commitments.This is an opportunity to grow and become part of a wonderful company and also make great money.
