Client Service RepresentativeOur established, successful digital printing & marketing services company is looking for an energetic &passionate Front Counter CSR. This is a full time onsite Monday-Friday position.The candidate MUST have some form of client-facing experience. You must have strong computer skills,strong communication skills, a great phone voice, excellent grammar (written and verbal) & the ability towork with numerous customers at a time.You will work along side other CSRs to help customers with pricing, printing, file setup & work withproduction to schedule jobs.Daily Duties Include: Answering Phones Responding to customers via phone & email Estimating jobs for customers Working with customers at the front counter Assisting customers with paper, binding & finishing options Working with other employees/managers to ensure accurate pricing & customer satisfactionJob Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Excellent written & verbal English skills Superb phone voice with excellent grammar & manners Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment Flexible attitude with ever-changing deadlinesWe are located in the northwest area of Dallas (easy access via Stemmons and/or LBJ freeways.)Benefits include healthcare coverage available after 90 days, paid vacation after one year of paid full timeemployment, paid holidays & bonus opportunities.Please reply with cover letter telling us why you’re the person we’re looking for, and include your resume.We are serious about the cover letter!We look forward to hearing from you!
