SCHEDULE: Schedules will vary.

The office is open Monday thru Friday, from 8am to 7pm; and Saturdays from 9am to 5pm.

These are 8-hour shifts within that time frame; and the incumbent will have a set schedule that is to be determined upon hire.

PAY: $13.47/hr.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner

• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics

• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

• Keep records of all conversations in a call center database in a comprehensible way

• Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level

• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Requirements

• Must be fully bilingual; with the ability to read, write & speak in both English & Spanish

• Previous experience in a customer support role

• Track record of over-achieving quota

• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
